Our CLIENT HUB keeps your experience hassle-free, and gives you to access the information you need—anytime. Whether you want to request new work, review a quote, check on invoices, or print a receipt—you can do it all in one place. Watch for a login email that includes your secure, personalized link to our CLIENT HUB and bookmark it. Each quote or invoice you receive will include this same link, which means no pesky passwords to track and reset.
A note about our delivery policy:
We understand that each client may have different preferences and requirements, and we are dedicated to meeting your needs to the best of our abilities. However, please note that we operate on a fee-for-service basis, which means that all fees and expenses related to the photo shoot must be settled prior to accessing the downloadable photos. Invoices for our services are typically sent the morning after the shoot, usually before 10 AM, irrespective of the availability of the photos for download at that time. If you would like to receive the photos first and then proceed with the payment, we can certainly accommodate your request. This will allow you to access and review the photos before finalizing the payment. However, it's important to note that you will still receive the invoice before the photos are delivered.

Our drones have the latest aerial technology and safety features, and we operate safely with an FAA Part 107 license. We are able to fly up to 400 feet high, and within line of sight (usually around 1500ft away.) As per FAA regulations, we keep a visual line of sight with the aircraft.
